Linear guides are precision parts, so they should be used with considerable caution. Even if high-performance linear guides are used improperly, they will not achieve the expected performance and will be easily damaged. Therefore, the following matters shall be paid attention to when using linear guide rail:

Rust prevention.

When taking the linear guide rail directly by hand, you should fully wash the sweat on your hands and apply high-quality mineral oil before operation. Pay special attention to rust prevention in rainy season and summer.

Keep the environment clean.

Keep the linear guide and its surrounding environment clean. Even if invisible smile dust enters the guide, it will increase the wear, vibration and noise of the guide.

The installation should be careful.

The linear guide rail shall be used and installed carefully. It is not allowed to punch hard, hit the guide rail directly with a hammer, or transmit pressure through a rolling body.

The installation tools should be suitable.

Proper and accurate installation tools shall be used for linear guide. Special tools shall be used as far as possible, and cloth and short fiber shall be avoided.
